Your PDF pattern is available for instant download right after checkout. You'll also get a confirmation email with your download link — no physical item is shipped.

2. What skill level are your patterns for?
Each listing states the skill level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) in the description. Most patterns include clear photos or a video tutorial alongside written instructions.

3. What do I need to complete a pattern?
A crochet hook (size noted in each listing), the recommended yarn weight, and basic finishing supplies like a yarn needle and stuffing (for amigurumi). Nothing beyond a free PDF reader is required.

4. Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes, you may sell finished physical items made from our patterns in small quantities. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the PDF pattern file itself, or claim the pattern design as your own.

5. I'm having trouble opening or reading my pattern. Can you help?
Absolutely — message us with your order number and we'll help you get it sorted, usually within 24 hours.

6. Do you offer custom pattern requests?
Yes. If you'd like a variation — different animal, size, or theme — message us before purchasing. Custom requests are typically completed within 48–72 hours.
