Refund policy

All products sold by CrochetPatternsYS are digital downloads (PDF pattern files). Because these files are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions

We will happily help or issue a refund/replacement if:

You received a corrupted or unreadable file
You received the wrong pattern file
You are unable to access your download due to a technical error on our end

To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@crochetpatterns.shop with your order number. We will fix the issue or provide a replacement file as quickly as possible.

If a refund is requested before the file has been downloaded, we will process it in full. Once a file has been downloaded, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund, in accordance with standard digital goods policy.
